We provide resources for commuting and non-traditional students. These resources include food and a place to study and work on projects known as the Commuter's lounge. This lounge is meant to act like a common room for commuting students, and our goal is to make it as comfortable and useful as possible for commuter and non-traditional students.

The Honors College Student Advisory Board serves as the representative organization of the honors student body to Student Government and the Honors College faculty and staff. Members work together to build community within the Honors College through initiatives and programs that reflect the key values of the College. Delegates from the Board are given the opportunity to provide input and feedback on the College's curriculum and procedures, serve as ambassadors of the College at public events and meetings, and participate in the organization of the annual Maine Day Meal Packout.

UMaine's vibrant international community is represented by the International Student Association. ISA was founded many years ago opening a doorway to the world to UMaine and preparing UMaine students for the world. It was formerly known as the International Club and is one of the most active clubs on campus. ISA is one of the largest and most active organizations. ISA serves as a network and a support base for all other internationally-focused clubs. ISA is a Community Board under the UMaine Student Government. The purpose of the International Student Association (ISA) is to bring International Students together as a unit and organize various activities which will not only enrich our lives but also the lives of those surrounding us.

Maintaining a relationship between sorority chapters on campus and the National Panhellenic Council, running formal sorority recruitment in the Fall, upholding National Panhellenic Codes and holding members of chapters to such, provide opportunities for volunteerng and raising money for Circle of Sisterhood, providing different opportunities for chapters and UMaine community members to engage in activities (we have previously done fairs on the mall, lawn games, and other on campus events); providing opportunities for chapters to air and address concerns; working on the betterment of our local and global community.

RHA's mission is to provide a welcoming and safe housing experience for all students regardless of identity and backgrounds. This mission is promoted through the funding and hosting of several student-led programs within the dorms and on-campus, in addition to voicing the concerns of residents to administrative bodies. We pride ourselves on being an entirely student run organization, affiliated with the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH), while also having an executive board of members from diverse communities and backgrounds. Further, RHA is not only a representative body for residents on-campus, but we also serve to provide resources and professional training experiences for all students on-campus.
